Brief info
Leonard is a tribal member of the Assinaboine & Sioux from the Ft Peck Reservation in Montana. He has over 30 years of experience in business and economic development with various tribes and Native American organizations. He is the founder of the Native American Development Corporation.
He is currently Executive Director of the Native American Development Corporation providing technical assistance and training to Montana, Wyoming, North and South Dakota Native owned businesses. Leonard is also the Director of Billings Urban Indian Health and Wellness Center.
Leonard enjoys working out, reading, and sports. He likes challenging himself and developing new and innovative strategies.
